1 bag frozen lima beans
2 C sprouted sunflower seeds
1 red pepper-diced small
1/2 C raw cheddar- shredded
dressing of coconut aminos, olive oil, apple cider vinegar/lemon juice, and real salt (didn’t measure these, just did them to taste)
- Cook lima beans according to directions. Cool.
- Whisk dressing together.
- Toss ingredients together, pour dressing over and stir until incorporated.
