Homemade Whipped Cream

 

This is SO delicious, and SO nutritious….its unreal.  I can’t believe I haven’t been making this longer..it is absolutely devine!! Almost identical to regular whipped cream, and its cultured, so all the milk sugar (lactose) is gone!! Making this nutrient-dense and easily digested. You will not believe you are eating a ‘healthy food’ when you indulge in this.

 

 

 

RECIPE:

2 C cultured cream (or plain heavy cream for those that can tolerate lactose)

1 T vanilla extract

Stevia/honey to taste (doesn’t need much just drizzle and do the finger-lick test)

 

  1. Put kitchen aid bowl in fridge to chill (approx. 30 minutes).

  2. Whip cream in kitchen aid, adding stevia and vanilla until fluffy (approx. 2 minutes).

  3. Serve on cakes, cupcakes, puddings, pies or use to dip fruit in.
