Crockpot Pork Loin


This was too easy and too good not to pass on in case you’ve never done it! This would be stage 1 and on for GAPS diet.




Pork loin (as big as can fit in your crockpot, mine was like 5 lbs!)

2 onions

2-3 C beef/chicken stock (enough to cover pork for the most part)




  1. Salt and pepper pork. Place in crockpot.
  2. Cover with stock and sliced onions. (could use part water as needed)
  3. Let cook on low for 12+ hours until the pork is tender and falling apart.



Serve with those juicy onions and sautéed apples, homemade applesauce or purple cabbage and apples.
