Peach-Raspberry Smoothie

 

 

  • 1 C frozen raspberries
  • 1 C frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 5 ice cubes
  • ¼ C kefir
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 egg yolks (pastured eggs)
  • ½ C spinach
  • ½-1 C coconut milk (the concentrated one from the can)
  • ½ C water
  • Shake of cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey

     

Blend well. Serves 3-4 adults. Enjoy a sweet and thick (from the frozen fruit) smoothie with many hidden treasures.
